Duration: 1 Day | Accredited Qualification
The Emergency First Aid at Work course provides essential skills for dealing with common workplace emergencies. Over one day, participants learn how to assess an incident, manage an unresponsive casualty, perform CPR and use an automated defibrillator (AED). The course also covers how to treat bleeding, burns, choking and shock safely and confidently.
This qualification meets the requirements of the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 and is valid for three years. It’s ideal for low risk workplaces such as offices, retail premises and hospitality settings, as well as individuals who want a solid introduction to first aid skills.
Duration: 3 Day | Accredited Qualification
Our First Aid at Work course offers a detailed, hands on approach to first aid, making it suitable for higher risk workplaces or those with larger teams.
Over three days, learners gain the knowledge to recognise and treat a range of serious conditions, including heart attacks, strokes, fractures, burns and medical emergencies such as seizures or severe bleeding. The course also explores legal responsibilities, record keeping, and effective communication during an incident.
This Level 3 (RQF) qualification meets the full HSE First Aid at Work standards and remains valid for three years. It’s an excellent choice for anyone who wants to build a deeper understanding of first aid, develop advanced practical skills and gain the confidence to manage more serious or complex emergencies.
Duration: 2 Day | Accredited Qualification
The Paediatric First Aid course is designed for anyone responsible for the care of babies or children - from early years practitioners and nursery staff to new parents, grandparents and babysitters.
This two-day course meets Ofsted and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements. Learners develop the confidence to respond to medical emergencies involving young children and infants, covering topics such as CPR, choking, bleeding, allergic reactions, head injuries and managing childhood illnesses.
Delivered in a calm, supportive environment, this course is ideal for both professionals and families who want to feel confident caring for little ones in emergencies.
